BDO Mobile Cart
The BDO Mobile cart is a tool to process all missing baggage once received into the baggage reclaim hall.
Traditionally the agents had to find the baggage, write down the tag number, go back to the office to trace, write out a delivery label, send a message to the delivery company to collect, go back to the bag and attach the delivery label.
BDO Mobile cart eliminates nearly all of those stages by bringing the back office out to the baggage reclaim hall. The user scans the barcode and the file displays on screen. The delivery address is selected and the user presses Submit. This sends a message to the delivery company, prints a label and if necessary either suspends or closes the file.
One user could process 1000 items per shift.
